Quality control is handled by a mercenary in a onesie. Ship dates are handled by a toddler. Somehow the prints still go out on time.

Welcome to the back room. Management has been delegated to Headpool (quality control, allegedly) and Babypool (naps). Every piece is printed or engraved in-house — multicolor on the big printer, solid-color if you want to paint it yourself.

Complaints go to Headpool. He'll get right on it. (He won't.)

Everything is made to order — give us 3–5 business days before it ships. Good things take time. Tacos take less.
